How do I determine the correct skate size?
We recommend measuring your foot in millimeters and consulting our size chart. Since skate fit should be snug for performance, we suggest choosing the size that matches your largest foot measurement closest to the 'mondopoint' scale.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
You can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on protective gear or skates that show signs of outdoor use.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Powerslide products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular skating activities.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has reached the shipping stage, it can no longer be modified.
